Overview: Fast-growing independent supplier of white- and blue-collar personnel to large-scale construction projects across the country is seeking an experienced white-collar Recruitment Consultant with a background in sourcing production & commercial personnel to the Residential, Commercial, or M&E sectors to join their Reading office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a dual desk with career progression to Team Leader/Divisional Manager.
- Develop a thriving business by leveraging access to Tier 1 residential builders, PLC main contractors, and a broad range of accounts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Excellent commission structure: £4–£15k = 20% of billings; £15k+ = 22.5% of billings.
- Starting salary £28,000 to £40,000 + Guarantee + Benefits + Sales incentives including quarterly cash bonus and international trips (2 per year) and ski holidays.
