Multi-award-winning technical recruitment company, supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors are seeking a new business recruitment professional to join their Altrincham and London operations. Interest from recruiters with a background in Engineering, Technical, or similar recruitment sectors is welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Effectively open new and grow existing accounts/business within the Aerospace & Aviation and Engineering & Defence sectors.
- Attend national and international client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

- Competitive base salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure with 25% commissions (No threshold)
