They specialise in providing placement solutions for a wide range of positions within the Soft & Hard Facilities Management sector, including temporary, contractor, and permanent assignments. The dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities- Manage a fast-moving Soft FM & Office Support desk, delivering personnel such as PAs, Receptionists, Office Managers, and Office Administrators to the building maintenance sectors.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for various positions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, offering market insights and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, within the office support or soft FM facilities management sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Experience with candidate sourcing and using recruitment databases.
- Annual profit-sharing bonus.
- Flexible work arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
- Clear commission plan offering up to 35% of monthly billings.
- Clear route to Management and Directorship.
