We are working with a leading construction recruitment agency seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their thriving New Build Residential & Commercial Construction division. About the Role
This role focuses on sourcing and placing white-collar professionals in key positions within the construction sector, including Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Estimators, Planners, Contracts Specialists etc. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor in the competitive world of construction recruitment.
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. The ideal candidate will have:
- 12 months plus proven experience in white collar construction recruitment.
