Boutique property recruitment consultancy with over 20 years’ experience in the industry is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over an established desk delivering in excess of £150,000 per annum GP focused on the Property Management and Real Estate sectors.

A grown-up working environment, my client values autonomy; they do not have KPIs or fixed hours of work, and offer unlimited annual leave. They know talented recruiters will manage their own time best and want to offer the BEST work-life balance in the country to those individuals.

£25,000 to £30,000 + 20% Flat Commission Structure + WFH, + Flexible Hours + Unlimited Holidays.

Proven recruitment industry experience gained within the UK Property/Estate Agency sectors is essential to be considered.
