Responsibilities
- Source and place skilled professionals in Fire & Security roles (e.g., Fire & Security Service Engineers, Security Installation Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Fire Alarm Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Multi-Skilled Engineers).
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and match candidates to opportunities.
- Navigate the recruitment process end-to-end, including candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and potential employers.
- Manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
