Our client is a leading construction and built environment recruitment agency, based in Shoreditch, London. They work with some of the UK’s most recognised names in the construction, fit-out, M&E contracting, building services, and data centre sectors, supplying both permanent and contract staff. From design engineers to commercial managers to project managers, they have an exceptional track record of placing top talent into growing SMEs and major PLCs.

You will be working within a specialist desk covering one of the following areas:

  • Construction Recruitment
  • Fit-Out & Refurbishment Recruitment
  • Building Services Design Recruitment
  • M&E Contracting Recruitment
  • Data Centre Recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (permanent and/or contract roles)
  • Developing relationships with construction and built environment clients
  • Sourcing skilled candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and headhunting
  • Negotiating offers and securing placements
