Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar Construction (T/L, M&E, Civils, Fitout, etc.) – Outstanding opportunity that offers 100% REMOTE and HYBRID working, career progression to Associate Director and Company Shares.

National suppliers of blue- & white-collar personnel to clients within the Built Environment sectors are seeking an experienced recruiter that is seeking an improved work/life balance. Established over 12 years ago, they are a profitable £20,000,000 + construction specialist with clients spanning the Construction, Fit-Out, Civil Engineering, Public Sector, and Specialist Trade Contractors. Currently, they have 27 staff with a high retention rate (annual biller GP figures range from £120,000 to £850,000). Plans are to grow the business to 50 billers by 2025 (65 in total) and to achieve a revenue of more than £50,000,000 per annum.

Consultant Profile

  • 360 Billers / Self Starters / Consultants up to Associate Director level.
  • Recruitment background in Blue Collar Construction/ Built Environment sector such as T/L, M&E, Civils, Fitout, etc.
  • 4 years + experience.
  • Can be based anywhere in the UK.
  • Recruiters billing over £120,000 + annually as a minimum standard.
