Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk with live vacancies and long-standing client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter seeking immediate billing potential, or for an industry professional with a background in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Rail, or Construction who is looking to transition into recruitment.

The successful candidate will inherit an established desk with active clients and a steady flow of permanent and contract vacancies across Engineering, Production, Site Management, and Project Leadership disciplines. The desk has been developed over several years and offers a strong foundation for someone looking to build on existing relationships while developing new business opportunities within the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing clients and candidates
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality professionals across the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Rail, and Construction sectors
  • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management and placement
  • Developing new business opportunities within existing and target accounts
  • Building a strong network of industry contacts and market knowledge
  • Delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates
About You
