Leading London based consultancy is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience of the FM & Maintenance sector to join their Built Environment practice. The FM & Maintenance sector is a core discipline and one of the best networked teams within the built environment business in London.
A SOFT LANDING – The business recruits across a range of high-profile clients including total facilities providers, specialist divisions of global contractors, client-side estates management firms, property management, and a range of hard services maintenance providers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in FM & Maintenance recruitment.
- Open to candidates with experience in Contract or Permanent recruitment, depending on expertise.
- Confident in pitching and presenting candidates to clients.
- Comfortable meeting and interacting with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
- A drive to succeed that is as much about financial gain as personal achievement.
- The position would suit an experienced self-managing consultant that is seeking the autonomy to make their own business decisions without restrictive KPIs.
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (bespoke package for high performers) + Comms to 30% + 25 days holiday + Hybrid Working.
