We are working with a leading construction recruitment agency seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their thriving New Build Residential & Commercial Construction division. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established and respected organization that excels at connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading companies.

About the Role

This role focuses on sourcing and placing white-collar professionals in key positions within the construction sector, including Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Estimators, Planners, Contracts Specialists etc. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor in the competitive world of construction recruitment.

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 12 months plus proven experience in white collar construction recruitment.
  • A passion for matching the right people with the right opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
