The OpportunityThe successful candidate will inherit an established desk with active clients and a steady flow of permanent and contract vacancies across Engineering, Production, Site Management, and Project Leadership disciplines.
The desk has been developed over several years and offers a strong foundation for someone looking to build on existing relationships while developing new business opportunities within the sector.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high‑quality professionals across the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Rail, and Construction sectors
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management and placement
- Developing new business opportunities within existing and target accounts
- Building a strong network of industry contacts and market knowledge
- Delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates
