Join a global management consultancy that works closely with experts around the world to complete projects in numerous sectors. Due to an exciting time of company growth, my client is seeking an Executive Search Consultant with experience in the Energy/Renewables sectors to join their London practice. A great time to join, they have recently secured several major global contracts in the Hydrogen/Energy sector. A growing market, the global green hydrogen market grows by rising demand for lowering the cost of producing renewable energy by all sources. The global market is expected to surpass around US$ 219.2 billion by 2030.
Responsibilities
- Win and deliver leadership roles (Head of Departments, Senior Directors to C-Suite personnel) globally with a focus on the energy sector across Europe and the US.
- Work with in-house research and marketing teams to support delivery.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients as part of an entrepreneurial and dedicated team.
Salary & Benefits
Salary £50,000 to £70,000 + 20% of ALL BILLINGS (NO THRESHOLD) + 25 days holiday + Hybrid Working + Benefits Package
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Search Consultant or in a similar recruitment capacity.
- Experience or strong interest in the Energy/Renewables sectors.
- Willingness to work with clients globally (Europe and the US).
- Experience in a role with support from in-house research/marketing is a plus.
