A boutique agency is seeking an experienced HGV/Driving Recruiter to spearhead the building of a division focused on the Transport sector.

A client-focused role, you will be responsible for the development of new business relationships across the Transport sector with the aim of supplying HGV 1/2 Drivers, 7.5 Tonne Drivers, Van Drivers, Bus Drivers, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a new HGV/Driving recruitment division within a Transport sector focus.
  • Develop and manage client relationships to supply drivers (HGV 1/2, 7.5 Tonne, Van, Bus, etc.).
  • Act as a client-focused Recruitment Consultant to provide timely, proactive staffing solutions.
Rewards & Requirements:
  • Salary to £40,000 (dependent on experience) + 20% commission + equity + quarterly and monthly sales incentives.
  • Permanent, full-time role based in the UK; applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
  • Experience in Recruitment Industry required; focus on HGV/Driving desirable.
