Overview: Recruitment Consultant – FM & Maintenance – Up to 30% Comms of total billings! Growing Independent is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an established team providing maintenance engineers to the fast-moving Facilities & Maintenance sectors.

Typical roles include Maintenance Engineers, HVAC Engineers, Data Centre Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Facilities Maintenance Engineers, etc. The role would suit a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys a fast-paced sector with excellent candidate attraction, account management, and customer service skills.

Salary: £22,000 to £32,000 (DOE) + Commission structure that pays up to 30% Comms + Loyalty bonus & performance bonus schemes + Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly incentives for trips abroad, luxury items, trips overseas, etc.

Join a team made up of highly experienced experts (each with no less than 8 years tenure in their respective markets) and because of this we are able to deliver a consultative service that is always at the forefront of what is an ever-changing world.

This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
