National supplier of staffing solutions to the Driving, Industrial, Logistics and Aviation sector are seeking an experienced or senior recruiter ready to take their first role in management. Based in Glasgow and covering Inverness, you will be given the opportunity to grow the Scottish driving presence into multiple locations as you create opportunities through GP.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing staff.
  • Business development, canvassing new and existing transport companies.
  • Negotiating rates with customers.
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and drivers.
  • Arranging and attending face-to-face client meetings.

£40,000 to £45,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance or Company Car + Bonus + excellent benefits that include private healthcare + 24 days A/L and much more!
