An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a growing construction recruitment business specialising in the Facades & Cladding market. This role will focus on developing and managing a warm white-collar desk across one of the most active specialist sectors within UK construction. With continued demand driven by remediation projects, high-rise residential developments, and increasing building safety regulations, the façade market remains busy across London and the Southeast.
You will work with specialist façade contractors, consultancies, developers, and subcontractors, recruiting technical and commercial professionals across permanent construction roles. Typical positions recruited include:
- Façade Designers
- Technical Designers
- Quantity Surveyors
- Estimators
- Design Managers
- Project Managers
- Contracts Managers
- Site Managers
- BIM Coordinators
- Building Safety & Compliance professionals
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Sourcing and managing high-quality candidates
- Growing and developing the existing desk
- Supporting clients across façade, cladding, and remediation projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within white collar construction recruitment
- Strong communication and business development skills
- A driven and professional approach
- The ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively

Basic salary between £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience, alongside an uncapped up to 30% commission structure and clear progression opportunities. This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
