Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to take full ownership of your desk and maximise your earnings? We’re partnering with a growing independent recruitment specialist delivering both white- and blue-collar talent to major construction projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant (White Collar) to join their Reading office.

The Role
- Manage and grow a white-collar construction desk
- Recruit across Residential, Commercial, or M&E sectors
- Place production and commercial professionals into permanent roles
- Build and develop long-term client relationships
- Source, interview and manage high-quality candidates

- 3-month financial guarantee
