We are an independently owned recruitment business specialising in temporary and permanent staffing, covering the industrial, commercial, engineering and technical sectors. We operate across the UK and service some of the country’s leading businesses. We have an excellent opportunity for a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about the recruitment industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients within the industrial sector.
- Source, screen, and place candidates in roles within the food processing, packing, and agricultural industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with Gangmasters Licensing Authority standards and other relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the company’s success by achieving and exceeding targets.
