Excellent opportunity for a Senior Consultant seeking a Branch Manager with a proven background in Industrial Recruitment. Independent suppliers of recruitment services across the Industrial sector are seeking a manager with excellent people skills to lead a small team delivering Industrial operatives to an established client base.
Responsibilities:
- Management of staff within the Branch.
- Formulation of Business Development Strategies to help grow the business.
- Account management, and development of new business relationships.
- To agree to targets and sales strategies to ensure individual targets are met and maintained.
- Provide clients with bespoke recruitment solutions on a PSL/Sole Supplier basis.
Remuneration: £45,000 + Commission + Branch Bonus + Package
Location and Eligibility: This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
