Established agency is seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant with experience in white-collar construction recruitment to manage a HOT desk focused on the supply of Civil Engineers for key infrastructure projects within the Rail and Highways sectors.
About the agency – Established in the 1960s; they have been supplying people, projects, and services for major UK rail and construction projects for over 30 years. They operate in all types of civil engineering environments including roads and bridges, airports, nuclear facilities, utilities, mainline and underground rail.
Role opportunity – This is an exceptional opening for an experienced Contract Recruiter to take advantage of key client accounts that include Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Vinci, BAM Nuthall, and Costain amongst others to build a profitable desk. They are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant with excellent candidate attraction and account management skills.
Employment details – Permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK. Salary £25,000 to £40,000 (DOE) with Commission Structure up to 30% (no threshold), Car Allowance, 25 days holiday. Pay rises based on billing performance. A grown-up environment without restrictive KPIs.
