- 360 role: you will be responsible for new business development, ongoing client development and delivery of industrial temporary personnel across the Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics and Transport sectors.
- Typical roles filled include Warehouse Operatives (Order Pickers & Packers), Cleaners, Machine Operators, Assemblers, Forklift Drivers & Drivers, Labourers and Production Operatives.
- Contribute to the team that is growing at a fast pace; work in a high-paced environment and support the recruitment process from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- 12 months plus recruitment industry experience is required.
- Experience in fast-moving Construction and Industrial sectors is desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary £22,000 to £28,000 (DOE).
- Commission structure that pays up to 25% from the first £ billed.
