Overview: Specialist recruiter within the FM & Engineering Sector who is looking to talk with money-motivated and determined individuals. You will be given support and direction in how to become a successful consultant who will oversee their own Client & Candidate relationships. A supportive environment where all team members and colleagues will provide you with support and assistance as this is ultimately how you will progress and make fees. You will be a key member of a team working under the direction of a senior consultant resourcing for technical candidates and obtaining CVs and building relationships with candidates, and fully vetting suitable individuals for technical roles. In return you will be given the opportunity to work with a very experienced team, who will train and develop you on a one-to-one basis, coupled with coaching sessions on the key parts of the job. Earn commission from day one (OTE £40,000 in your first year).
Responsibilities: The client is looking for:
- Recruitment industry experience 360 or resourcing (all sectors considered).
- Happy to pick up the phone and make calls.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

We service clients all over the Southeast, where our enhanced understanding of the area gives us the opportunity to provide reliable and quality staff. Our aim is to operate a completely transparent service with our clients and candidates by offering a 360 service. We work 7 days a week with all calls being answered and returned so nobody is left feeling unwanted or unknowing.
