Overview: The UK’s largest specialist provider of staff to the Transport and Logistics sector nationwide seeks a Business Development Manager to be responsible for developing business relationships across the Transport, Logistics, and Automotive Trades sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of new business relationships and account management/development.
  • Attend regular client meetings to build long-lasting business relationships.
  • Negotiate TOBs for temp and permanent recruitment services.
  • Main point of contact for client/s enquiries.
  • Work with the Delivery Team to ensure SLAs are met.

Profile:

  • Proven track record in new business development (all recruitment sectors considered).
  • A consultative and persuasive relationship manager willing to invest time into forging the right commercial relationships for the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels within a close-knit team.

Salary: Salary to £45,000 + Commission + 10% Bonus + Company Car + Benefits
