Excellent opportunity for a Senior Recruiter seeking a client facing role. National market leader for the supply of Trades & Labour workers to multiple construction projects throughout the UK is seeking a Business Development Manager to be responsible for several PSL agreements providing temporary workers to high-profile BTR, Social Housing and Commercial construction projects.

With the support of the Commercial Director and Delivery Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Account management & development of PSL business relationships.
  • Cross-selling and upselling of recruitment services.
  • Attend regular client meetings to ascertain upcoming projects and anticipated headcounts.
  • Main point of contact for client/s enquiries.
  • Work with the Delivery Team to ensure SLAs are met.

Profile:

  • 5 years plus proven track record in business development and delivery of Construction T&L.
  • Experience in delivering recruitment services to Main/Subcontractors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels within a close-knit team.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + Excellent Commission/Bonus + CA + Benefits + Flexible package.

Whether labour is needed in the short term, on a permanent basis, for a forecasted assignment, or even as a contingency option in an emergency.
