This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Recruiter seeking a client-focused role!

National market leader for temporary recruitment services within the Trades & Labour, Asbestos, Construction Professionals, Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, FM & Property sectors is seeking a Senior Consultant to be responsible for the ongoing development of business relationships across the Southwest.

With the support of the Sales Director and the Delivery Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Account management & development of business relationships.
  • Cross-selling and upselling of recruitment services.
  • Attend regular client meetings to ascertain upcoming projects and anticipated headcounts.
  • Main point of contact for client/s enquiries.
  • Work with the Delivery Team to ensure SLAs are met.

Profile

  • 3 years plus proven track record in business development and delivery of Construction Trades & Labour.
  • Experience of delivering recruitment services to Main/Subcontractors.
  • A consultative and persuasive relationship manager willing to invest time into forging the right commercial relationships for the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels.

Salary £40,000 to £50,000 (neg) + Commission + Car or CA + Benefits + Flexible package

Whether labour is needed in the short term, on a permanent basis, for a forecasted assignment, or even as a contingency option in an emergency.
