Leading recruitment business who specialises in senior appointments in the residential construction industry, are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to cover Mid-Management to Main Board Director roles to an established client list that includes FTSE listed businesses through to new start up builders with large overseas investments.
The Executive Search Consultant will be comfortable in selling and running retained searches for senior hires. You will need at least 3 years’ experience in recruiting senior roles such as Heads of Departments, Senior Directors/C-Suite personnel, as you will be working with existing clients. This role would suit a self-starter that is seeking the autonomy to make their own business decisions without restrictive KPIs and badly thought-out policies.

Salary £30,000 to £50,000 + Excellent Commission. Package/Benefits include:
