A well-connected construction recruiter with a proven reputation within The Built Environment sector is seeking a Blue-Collar consultant to be responsible for the growth of an account-driven blue collar Trades and Labour desk.

Core business hours – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Established in 2012, 20 million turnover. We are a market-leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of temporary blue-collar workers in the Construction, Maintenance & Engineering Industries.
Responsibilities- Take over a blue-collar Trades and Labour desk and drive account-driven growth.
- Work to deliver strong weekly gross profit (GP) on the desk.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Built Environment sector.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent comms and service.
- Experience in recruitment, specifically in the Recruitment Industry is required to be considered.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (as applicable).
