Are you an ambitious senior manager with excellent people skills seeking an opportunity that will lead to Directorship? Established independent recruitment solutions to the Offshore Energy sectors are seeking a charismatic hands-on Operations Sales/Manager to provide responsibility for the growth and management of their growing Essex-based operations.
A pivotal role for the company, with the support of the Managing Director your responsibilities will include the following:
- Management of staff within the marine, subsea, renewables, and O&G teams
- Formulation of Business Development Strategies to help grow the contract revenues within the Offshore Energy sector
- Recruitment & Training as well as recommending external training where necessary
- To agree targets and sales strategies with the Managing Director and ensure individual targets are met and maintained
- Provide clients with bespoke recruitment solutions on a PSL/Retained/Packaged Works/Sole Supplier basis
- Main point of contact for bids, tenders, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Work with sales team/s on business development strategies and market mapping
Responsibilities:
- 8 years plus proven track record in managing recruitment teams within the Energy, Engineering, Construction, or similar sector
- Experience of delivering bespoke recruitment solutions on a PSL/Retained/Packaged Works/Sole Supplier basis
- Highly effective communicator with strong presentation skills and decision making/negotiating experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels plus within a close-knit team
