An independent agency for temporary Construction and Engineering personnel is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a blue-collar trades and labour background to be responsible for an account-driven blue-collar Trades and Labour desk.

The client is a specialist recruiter who has provided professional recruitment solutions throughout the southeast since 2012. Their success is based on a proactive approach to understanding their clients and candidates together with market trends and industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Join a market-leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of temporary blue-collar workers in the Construction, Maintenance & Engineering Industries.
  • Manage an account-driven Trades and Labour desk focusing on blue-collar roles in Construction and related sectors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in blue-collar trades and labour recruitment or a closely related field.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and market trends to deliver suitable candidates.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary to £40,000 + Guarantee + Car Allowance + Excellent Comms + Free Parking + Benefits.

Working Hours:

  • Core business hours – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home one day per week.
