Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, delivering temporary workers to the industrial or Driving sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
