Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, delivering temporary workers to the industrial or Driving sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
