The UK’s largest specialist provider of staff to the Transport and Logistics sector nationwide seeks a Snr Recruitment Consultant/BDM responsible for developing business relationships across the Transport, Logistics, and Automotive Trades sectors.
With the support of the Sales Director and Delivery Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Development of new business relationships and account management/development.
- Attend regular client meetings to build long-lasting business relationships.
- Negotiate TOBs for temp and permanent recruitment services.
- Main point of contact for client/s enquiries.
- Work with the Delivery Team to ensure SLAs are met.
Profile
- Proven track record in business development (all recruitment sectors considered).
- A consultative and persuasive relationship manager willing to invest time into forging the right commercial relationships for the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels within a close-knit team.
Salary
Salary to £40,000 + Commission + 10% Bonus + Company Car + Benefits.
