Overview: Recruitment Consultant – White Collar Construction – Fast-growing independent supplier of white- and blue-collar personnel to large-scale construction projects across the country is seeking an experienced white-collar Recruitment Consultant with a background in sourcing production & commercial personnel to the Residential, Commercial, or M&E sectors to join their expanding Birmingham office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a dual desk with career progression to Divisional Manager.
- Develop a thriving business by leveraging Tier 1 residential builders, PLC main contractors, and over 1000 accounts.
- Lead and grow a white-collar division as a results-oriented recruitment professional.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary £25,000 to £35,000 + 6 months guaranteed earnings + Car Allowance + Benefits + Sales incentives (Quarterly cash bonus + 2 international trips a year + Ski Holidays).
- Outstanding Commission Structure: 20% of billings up to £15k | 22.5% of billings above £15k.
Requirements:
- Background sourcing production & commercial personnel for Residential, Commercial, or M&E sectors.
