Multi-award-winning technical recruitment company, supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors are seeking an Executive Search Researcher to join their Birmingham office.
The focus of this role will be to provide candidate research for senior retained roles within the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering industries across the UK, Europe, United States, and Asia. The Executive Search Researcher will play a vital role in engaging with candidates through phone interviews and vetting processes.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with candidates, including conducting phone interviews, and vetting.
- Conduct research on the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering industries in the UK, Europe, United States, and Asia.
- Research existing and potential clients within the specified industries to include identifying decision-makers, company structures, and their hiring needs.
- Mapping of Talent Pools within the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering sectors, evaluating their qualifications and suitability for various roles.
Executive Search Researcher skills
- Excellent written and rapport-building communication skills.
- Strong research skills to gather and analyse information from different sources.
- Networking skills to connect with industry professionals, potential clients, and candidates.
- Research/Recruitment Delivery experience gained within a white-collar recruitment environment is required to be considered.
- Prior experience in executive search is not required, as full training and support will be provided by the Director.
