Overview: This role targets individuals with a strong background in traditional perm recruitment who are transitioning into Executive Search. Join a multi-award-winning technical recruitment company supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors. As an Executive Search Consultant, you will build and maintain client relationships within the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering industries in the UK, Europe, the United States, and Asia. Prior experience in executive search is not required, as full training and support will be provided by the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Pitching to win business on an exclusive basis, and gaining a retainer where the client will pay an up-front fee to secure services.
Qualifications:
- Recruitment Experience – Preferably from a traditional perm recruitment background, with engineering sector experience as a plus.
Competitive base salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience). Uncapped commission structure with no threshold. Flexible working hours to accommodate your work-life balance. Work-from-home (WFH) Fridays. Additional benefits, including training and development opportunities.
