Independent supplier of recruitment services across the Construction & Engineering industries in the UK is seeking a senior manager with excellent people skills to lead a small team delivering trades and labour operatives to the construction industry.
A pivotal role for the company, with the support of the Managing Director your Branch Manager responsibilities will include the following:
- Management of staff within the Trades & Labour division.
- Formulation of Business Development Strategies to help grow the business.
- Recruitment and training as well as recommending external training where necessary.
- To agree on targets and sales strategies to ensure individual targets are met and maintained.
- Provide clients with bespoke recruitment solutions on a PSL/Packaged Works/Sole Supplier basis.
- Main point of contact for bids, tenders, presentations, and contract negotiations.
