A warm desk opportunity – You will be taking over a niche desk focused on the supply of AB/Crane Operators to the International Offshore Marine sector (Drill Ships, Oil Rigs, Barges, OSV/Offshore Support Vessels, etc.). Servicing an offshore portfolio of high-profile projects from the Renewables, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Salvage, and Oceanographic sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve a niche desk focused on the supply of AB/Crane Operators to the International Offshore Marine sector.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Background in contract recruitment or relevant recruitment experience in the energy/offshore sector.
  • Experience in recruitment industry roles and ability to engage with clients and candidates in offshore environments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £22,000 to £32,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: 20% on all billings (no threshold)
  • Career progression: Structured training and development program with progression to Associate Director
