Established supplier of Construction & Engineering personnel is seeing a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join a team of consultants supplying into the WC M&E, Construction and Fire Security sectors. The position offers a warm desk with live requirements and access to an extensive database of over 70,000 candidates and client list developed over 30 years, with the scope to deliver in excess of £200K per year.

Responsibilities- Source, screen and place candidates in white-collar permanent roles within the Construction, Engineering, and related sectors.
- Develop and manage a warm desk with live client requirements and an extensive candidate database.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and repeat business.
- Work towards personal and team targets, contributing to annual revenue goals (e.g., potential delivery in excess of £200K per year).
- Utilise industry networks and market knowledge to identify opportunities and grow the candidate pool.
- Solid background in white-collar permanent recruitment.
- Experience recruiting into Construction, M&E, and Fire Security sectors is preferred.
- Ability to manage a warm desk and leverage an extensive candidate database.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- £26,000 to £36,000 + 30% Commission Structure (1st year OTE £40K – £50K).
