Interest from recruiters with a background in Engineering, Technical, or similar recruitment sectors is welcomed.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Marine or Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors.
- Nurture and expand existing client relationships, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend national and international client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Competitive base salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure with 25% commissions (No threshold)
- Flexible working hours to accommodate your work-life balance.
- Work-from-home (WFH) Fridays.
