Are you a Senior Consultant with experience in white-collar construction? Our client is looking for a talented Account Manager to manage key Tier 1 accounts and deliver top talent to large construction projects across the UK.
Account Manager Construction Recruitment – The RoleThis is a customer-facing position where, with the support of the management team, you will:
- Manage and develop key client accounts, including cross-selling recruitment services (land and expand)
- Attend regular client meetings to build strong, long-term business relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries
- Collaborate with the Delivery Team to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
- 3+ years’ experience recruiting for white-collar construction roles
- Consultative and persuasive relationship manager who invests in building the right commercial relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels
- Team player, but confident to work independently and manage client relationships
- Salary £35,000–£45,000 + excellent commission
