This position would be perfect for an experienced white-collar Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant who is looking to move away from a 360-recruitment role. The Account Manager will be responsible for a niche business delivering Planners/Senior Planners to major construction and Civil Engineering projects across the UK.

  • Management and continued development of client relationships.
  • Act as the point of contact for client requests and queries.
  • Resourcing of applicants via CRM, Job Boards, Adverts, and Headhunting.
  • Briefing applicants about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
  • Preparing CVs to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
  • Informing applicants about the results of their interviews.
