This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established name in the Rail industry, backed by an experienced management team. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Rail clients to ensure outstanding service delivery. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental targets and business goals. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Proven experience as aRail Recruitment Consultant, specifically delivering temporary workers within the Rail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Competitive salary:£40,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus an attractive commission structure.
