A national market leader in temporary recruitment services across the Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), and Rail sectors is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic chance for a seasoned recruitment professional to drive client engagement and business growth within high-demand infrastructure industries.
With the support of the Managing Director, and Delivery Team, your responsibilities will include:
- New business development and account management.
- Cross-selling and upselling of recruitment services.
- Attend regular client meetings to ascertain upcoming projects and anticipated headcounts.
- Main point of contact for client/s enquiries.
- Work with the Delivery Team to ensure SLAs are met.
Profile:
- 4 years plus proven track record in business development and delivery of Construction Trades & Labour.
- Experience of delivering recruitment services to Main/Subcontractors.
- A consultative and persuasive relationship manager willing to invest time into forging the right commercial relationships for the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels.
Salary to £35,000 to £55,000 (neg) + Commission + Benefits that include Equity, Private Healthcare and more!
