This is a hybrid role, 2 days remote and 3 days in the office. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Trading Application Support to join a friendly team. Ideally, we seek a recent graduate with a technical or finance related degree. My client is a well-established software vendor within the FinTech space (Financial Technology). They are working with some cutting-edge technologies and this is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative, forward-thinking company within the FinTech / Financial services space. Full on-the-job training will be provided and excellent career progression potential. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team.
Job role:
- Be the first point of contact and be responsible for providing BAU support
- Provide 1st class support to clients
- Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents quickly
- Continual on-the-job learning of new software features and functionality
Required skills:
- Ideally a recent grad with a finance or technical degree and a keen interest to move into FinTech (financial technology) or financial services (trading) and/or 1-2 years industry experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak with clients
- Hard working and keen interest in FinTech or financial services (trading) / crypto
