Principal Consultant (Risk Assurance) – c.£55-60k + annual bonus (Hybrid working – reporting in to Birmingham office) In delivering internal audit and risk assurance services, the role-holder will be a strong ambassador for the organisation, promoting brand awareness and upholding high ethical standards of business. Responsibilities Staff Management Resource planning to ensure all client engagements are adequately resourced in a timely manner. Providing bespoke training programmes for junior staff. Managing staff utilisation figures. Client Delivery Oversee delivery of client work as part of the engagement delivery team:: Agreeing engagement scopes with clients. Overseeing client delivery by team members. Quality assurance reviews of internal audit files and reports. Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Financial Manage internal audit contracts and individual reviews in line with the agreed budgets. Billing, invoicing and recovery management. Business Development Assist the Partner in business development initiatives, including being involved in tender presentations and visits to target clients and networking at various events to build our brand.
