We are now looking for an experienced and driven Maltings Area Manager to lead operations across our Stowmarket malting plants.
The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role within our manufacturing operation, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality malt production while developing and inspiring production teams to achieve exceptional results.
Working closely with the Maltings Team you will oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage performance and budgets, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a highly respected business at the heart of the global brewing and food sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
As Maltings Area Manager, you will:
Lead and manage all operational activities across our Stowmarket malting plants.
Drive production performance, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure products consistently meet customer, quality and regulatory requirements.
Promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture across the operation.
Develop, coach and motivate production teams to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
