The Role
As a Mill Shift Operator, you will be a key member of the Mill Team, responsible for the safe and efficient production of malt flour, flakes and milled products. This is a hands-on, physical role working with plant and machinery in a fast-paced operational environment. xgikmsk
This is a Monday to Friday position with rotating shifts covering 24 hour production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating milling plant and associated equipment
- Packing a variety of malts and malted ingredients into the required packaging
