As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in our customer-centric marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to implement, manage, and optimise customer relationship strategies and email marketing campaigns within our retail stores. This hands-on role will involve developing and executing email campaigns, managing the end-to-end process of briefing, working with our in-house design team, ensuring email approval, analysing customer behaviour, and driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention.
