Showroom & Customer Experience Manager

The Role
You'll be the face and voice of the customer, taking ownership of the showroom's day-to-day operations while leading customer interactions across all channels. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone from a retail, showroom, or customer-facing background who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert sales leads from swatch requests, email enquiries, phone calls, showroom visits, and online channels.
Own the customer journey from initial enquiry through to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.
Deliver outstanding customer service, handling questions, feedback, and issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Support order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales care to ensure customers receive a first-class experience.
Take ownership of the showroom environment, ensuring it consistently reflects the quality and values of the brand.
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey.
What You Need To Join
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with customers
Sales-driven mindset; retail, showroom or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong understanding of the customer journey and what great service looks like
A natural interest in design, furniture and interiors Highly organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
