Join Our Production Team! We are looking for a motivated and reliable Malting Shift Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our malting operation, where you will help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will operate and monitor plant equipment throughout the malting process, maintain excellent hygiene standards, support continuous improvement activities, and help ensure the site remains audit-ready at all times.
